Products
From my hobby, I am able to sell the excess honey that the bees produce to indipendent retailers across the UK as well as direct to the consumer. I offer a range of different honeys which are all made in different ways and taste different despite it being the same raw product.
Welsh Runny Honey
Welsh Runny Honey is honey in it's most raw form. Our runny honey has nothing added and nothing taken away except from any pieces of wax which may have ended up in the honey from the extraction process. All of our honey is extracted using traditional methods and no excessive heat is applied retaining all health benefits.
Welsh Soft Set Honey
Our Soft Set Honey is made by spinning already crystalized honey which makes the honey smooth but thick with the aim of it being easier to spread and eat on the spoon.
Welsh Whisky With Welsh Single Malt Whisky
Our Welsh Whisky With Single Malt Whisky is our Runny Honey infused with a Welsh Single Malt Madeira Whisky which is perfect for desserts, coffee or simply by eating with a spoon.
